Mandate

  • To advise and make recommendations to Council on matters related to the programming and utilization of Tillsonburg’s recreational facilities;
  • To advise and make recommendations to Council on implementation of the Community Parks, Recreation and Cultural Strategic Master Plan.

Terms of Reference

Committee Composition

The Recreation and Sports Advisory Committee shall be comprised of seven members, including one member of Town Council, one youth representative, and six members of the public, with a maximum of nine members.

Meeting Time and Location

The dates and times are to be determined once the 2022 - 2026 Recreation and Sports Advisory Committee is finalized.
