Candidate Information Session 

A Candidate Information Session was held on March 26, 2026, to provide an overview of the 2026 Municipal and School Board elections. The session was delivered by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, in partnership with municipal consultant, Nigel Bellchamber.

The presentation covered key legislative requirements and responsibilities for candidates and third-party advertisers, as well as a general overview of the roles and responsibilities of members of Council for individuals considering running for municipal office.

Indoor Pool Reopening Delayed

Please note the reopening of the indoor pool at the Tillsonburg Community Centre has been delayed as we work through the final steps of the inspection process.  

As a result, all aquatic programs will continue to operate at the Lake Lisgar Waterpark through Tuesday, August 4Pending successful completion of the follow-up inspection on Tuesday, August 4, we expect the indoor pool to reopen for regularly scheduled programs beginning Wednesday, August 5. 

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue working to get the indoor pool reopened.
