Building permit fees will vary depending on the size and scale of the project. Staff will review your project and advise you on costs before issuing your permit.
Oxford County and Town of Tillsonburg development charges are updated periodically through by-law changes or annual indexing. Currently, they are indexed using the Non-Residential Building Construction Price Index each year on June 13.
