Tillsonburg is the third fastest growing community in Canada, according to the 2021 Census. From 2016 to 2021, the population grew by 2,743 persons resulting in a 17.3% growth rate.

Indoor Pool Reopening Delayed

Please note the reopening of the indoor pool at the Tillsonburg Community Centre has been delayed as we work through the final steps of the inspection process.  

As a result, all aquatic programs will continue to operate at the Lake Lisgar Waterpark through Wednesday, August 5. Pending successful completion of the follow-up inspection on Wednesday, August 5 we expect the indoor pool to reopen for regularly scheduled programs beginning Thursday, August 6. 

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue working to get the indoor pool reopened.
