Health Care Connect helps Ontario residents find local health care providers. By registering for the free service, you will be referred to a family doctor or a nurse practitioner who is accepting new patients in the Tillsonburg area.

Effective September 8, 2026, the Tillsonburg Unattached Care Clinic (TUCC) has transitioned to the Oxford County Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic (OCNPLC). This change moves the clinic from a temporary unattached care model to a permanent primary care clinic for our community.

The TUCC was established as a temporary solution to improve primary care access for residents who did not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner.
The clinic was created through a collaborative effort between healthcare and community partners and was supported by $200,000 from the Town.
The TUCC team has contacted patients to discuss becoming a patient of the OCNPLC.
