New Resident Survey

If you’re new to Tillsonburg (i.e. moved within the last three years), the Town of Tillsonburg would like to find out more about how you chose our community through a short, online survey. The survey is being coordinated by the Town’s Economic Development & Marketing Department. The information collected will help inform the Town’s marketing, business support and workforce development strategies.

Visit www.tillsonburg.ca/newresidents and complete the survey by March 23, 2023.

Snow removal reminder

During snow events, please remember that snow or ice from private property should never be deposited on roadways, streets or sidewalks (By-law No. 2189 Section 3.3.1).

2023 Dog Licences

All dogs living within the Town of Tillsonburg must be licensed annually. Licensing your dog online takes less than five minutes. Once you’ve purchased a licence, you can create a profile that can help reunite you with your dog if they get lost. While dog licences become active immediately after purchase, pet tags typically take eight to ten business days to arrive in the mail. 2022 licences are no longer valid. Visit www.tillsonburg.ca/pets to purchase your 2023 licence. Licences are also available for purchase at local pet stores.

Youth Advisory Council

The Town of Tillsonburg is currently seeking youth 15 to 19 years of age to apply to the Tillsonburg Youth Advisory Council. Two members of the community aged 20 or above are also needed to serve on the committee. The committee’s mandate is to advise and make recommendations to Tillsonburg Town Council on all matters with respect to youth recreational and social issues in the Town of Tillsonburg. Applications will close March 17, 2023. Learn more and apply online at www.tillsonburg.ca/apply
