Future Sportsfield Complex: Annandale Ball Diamonds and Mall Road Site Conceptual Plans
The Town of Tillsonburg is exploring future recreation and community space opportunities through a review of two municipal properties: the Annandale Ball Diamonds (160 Concession Street East) and the Mall Road site.

The conceptual plans are intended to explore possibilities and support discussion. They are not detailed designs and do not represent a final direction for either site.
The concepts may illustrate potential elements such as:
- Sportsfields and recreation facilities
- Parks and greenspace
- Walking trails and connections
- Parking and site access
- Community amenities
- Potential future land uses
Not every feature shown in the conceptual plans will necessarily be included in future plans. The purpose of these concepts is to gather community input and better understand priorities, opportunities, and concerns.

Consider questions such as:
- How well do these concepts respond to future recreation needs
- What recreation features and amenities are most important to the community?
- How should recreation, greenspace, and other potential land uses be balanced?
- Are there opportunities or concerns the Town should consider
- What changes or improvements would make these concepts better support the community?

Your input is an important part of the consultation process.
After reviewing the conceptual plans, share your feedback through the online survey, attend a Public Information Centre, or provide comments directly to the project team.

What Happens Next?
The conceptual plans are one part of a broader community consultation process.
Feedback received through the survey, Public Information Centres, stakeholder discussions, and written submissions will help staff understand community priorities and identify opportunities and concerns.
Following the consultation process, staff will review the feedback received and prepare an information package to inform Council.
