Flags at all Town of Tillsonburg properties will be lowered until Tuesday, August 11, 2026, in honour of the passing of Tuan "Jimmy" Hua (February 4, 1988 – August 3, 2026).  

Jimmy was a veteran and a valued member of the Tillsonburg community, owning and operating Tuan The Barber in downtown Tillsonburg. Known for his infectious smile, generous spirit, and ability to make everyone feel welcomed and valued, Jimmy touched countless lives through the connections he built within the Tillsonburg community.  

Our thoughts are with his family, friends, colleagues, and all who knew him as we mourn his tragic passing.
