Take notice that the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg will consider a by-law to stop up, close, and declare surplus a portion of Hale Street between Bidwell Street and Raccoon Alley.

The subject lands are described as part of Hale Street on Plan 500, more particularly identified in Schedule “A” of the proposed by-law. 

Council will consider this matter at a meeting to be held on:

Any person who considers their land access may be affected by the proposed closure is encouraged to provide written or in-person comments to Council prior to or at the meeting.
