Construction Advisory: John Pound Road Will Be Closed For Sanitary Sewer Replacement

John Pound Road (from Bidwell Street to George Street) will be closed for construction beginning June 20. Sanitary sewers in the area are being replaced as part of the Town of Tillsonburg's 2025 Capital Projects.

The Mill Restaurant and Inn will remain open and accessible during construction. The closure area is shown below.

Indoor Pool Reopening Delayed

Please note the reopening of the indoor pool at the Tillsonburg Community Centre has been delayed as we work through the final steps of the inspection process.  

As a result, all aquatic programs will continue to operate at the Lake Lisgar Waterpark through Wednesday, August 5. Pending successful completion of the follow-up inspection on Wednesday, August 5 we expect the indoor pool to reopen for regularly scheduled programs beginning Thursday, August 6. 

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue working to get the indoor pool reopened.
