After 127 years on Broadway, the Town of Tillsonburg’s corporate offices are moving to temporary facilities at 51 and 55 Brock Street E. The move will enable the Town to move forward with plans for an expanded Town Hall at 10 Lisgar Ave.

Flags at Town of Tillsonburg facilities are being lowered to half mast today in recognition of the passing of Matthew Scholtz, former chief librarian at the Tillsonburg Public Library. Scholtz gave leadership to the library for 40 years, and was an active community volunteer.

The purpose of this notice is to advise that the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg intends to declare portions of the Unopened Right-of-Way, described as parts of Part 8, Plan 41R-940, and portions of a 1 foot reserve described as parts of Block 45, Plan 41M-232, south of Wood Haven Drive, as surplus to the needs of the Town at the June 26, 2023 Council Meeting and the Town is hereby providing notice of its intent to sell the same property to an adjacent property owner.
