Drawings, Specifications, Form of Tender, and Addendum are available for download from the
Town of Tillsonburg’s Bids and Tenders website at https://tillsonburg.bidsandtenders.ca. All
bidders must register in the Bids and Tenders system before they can download the Tender
documents.
Bid Deposit in the form of a Bid Bond made payable to the Town of Tillsonburg in the amount specified
in the tender documents and a signed Agreement to Bond can be submitted online with certified ebonds or submitted in hard copy to the Town at 10 Lisgar Avenue, Tillsonburg, before the date and
time of the Tender closing.
Under no circumstance will a facsimile bid or late submission be accepted or considered.
All questions regarding the tender shall be directed to the Town of Tillsonburg Engineering

The lowest, or any, bid will not necessarily be accepted and is conditional upon acceptance by the
Town of Tillsonburg.
