The Oxford Canadian Caribbean Association (OCCA) will raise the Pan-African flag at the South Broadway Parkette (Broadway at Oxford Street) on Tuesday, February 18 at noon in celebration of Black History Month.

A short reception will follow at the Oxford County Library, where displays on Black History in Oxford County and light refreshments will be available.

All are welcome to attend.
