Central Business District Design Study
Town of Tillsonburg together with the County of Oxford will be working on the development of comprehensive design guidelines for the Central Business district of Tillsonburg.
Parks & Recreation Strategic Master Plan
The Strategic Master Plan provides a framework for planning needs and priorities for parks, recreation, and culture over the next 20 years in Tillsonburg.
Rapid Fibre Internet
The Town of Tillsonburg, in partnership with the Province of Ontario, PacketWorks and INS Consulting, is pleased to introduce Rapid Fibre - a new internet service that can deliver speeds up to 1000 megabits per second.
Strategic Plan
The Development Committee is working on a new strategic plan for the Town that will help support and guide the growth of the community. The strategic plan specifies how Tillsonburg will interact with its residents, prepare them for the future and help them take the leap in the knowledge economy.
Two Open Houses were held, October 3 and 13, 2012, to showcase the proposed plan and receive feedback from the community. If you would like to submit comments, please email these to

Zoning By-Law Up-Date
The purpose of this Town initiated Zone Change application is to update the Town of Tillsonburg Zoning By-Law with various housekeeping amendments. The proposed amendments may include a number of new and amended definitions and general provisions, and minor revisions to the zone provisions and permitted uses.
The Council of the Town of Tillsonburg will hold a formal public meeting to consider the proposed zoning by-law amendment in the future. Public notices advising of upcoming meetings will be posted in the Tillsonburg News and on the Town website.
Additional information relating to the proposed zoning by-law amendment will be available for inspection between 8:30-4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, at the County of Oxford Community and Strategic Planning Office, Woodstock, or at the 2nd Floor Coporate Offices of the Town of Tillsonburg.
