The Human Resources department is responsible for providing human resource services for approximately 200 full-time and part-time employees.

Responsibilities

  • Development of personnel policies and procedures
  • Health and safety initiatives; training and development programming
  • Pay equity and compensation oversight and analysis, including payroll processing
  • Benefits and pension administration
  • Labour relations and employee engagement
  • Recruitment and selection
