Annandale National Historic Site offers programs throughout the year to help visitors of all ages learn more about the history of Tillsonburg. 

Special Events

 Trousseau Tea and Guided Tour

August 30 - 2:00pm

Join a guided tour of "Say Yes to the Dress" exhibit followed by tea and treats.

 Classic Car Show

September 24 - 10:00am-3:00pm

Join the Tillsonburg Cruisers as they display their classic autos on the lawn of Annandale National Histori Site.

 We Shall Remember Them

October 26 - 1:30pm

A tour at the Tillsonburg Cemetery of the graves of WWI veterans who returned from the war.

Yuletide Events

Liona Boyd in Concert with Andrew Dolson & the St. Mary's Children's Choir

  • November 17 - 7:30pm: Get into the Christmas spirit!  Liona Boyd, world renowned classical guitarist, is coming to Tillsonburg to launch her Christmas Tour.  Liona's, "A Winter Fantasy", in concert with Andrew Dolson and Tillsonburg's own, St. Mary's Children's Choir, is on Friday, November 17th at St. Paul's United Church.  Tickets sold at Annandale NHS, Trinkets Gift Shoppe and the Station Arts Centre.  For information or tickets call 519.842.2294. $35.00/person (includes HST).
Tree Lighting on the Lawn 
  • November 24 - 7:00pm: Join us as a tree is lit for each Tillsonburg Service Club and the work they do for the community. By donation.
Confederation Christmas
  • December 3 - 2:00pm: Hear a new Canadian short story in honour of Canada's 150th birthday. Presented by author and storyteller Stephen Bourne. By donation.
Poinsettia Tea and Tour
  • December 8 - 2:00pm: Enjoy a tour of Annandale House decked in holiday splendour followed by tea and cookies. Plus, take home a poinsettia. $15.00/person. Advance tickets only, limited seating.
A Dickens Dinner & "Christmas Carol"
  • December 16 - 6:00pm: A traditional Dickens-era Christmas dinner followed by a reading of a Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens himself. $60.00/person. Advance tickets only.
