The Tillsonburg Fire and Rescue Services Department provides emergency response and fire protection services to the Town of Tillsonburg.

The team also responds to emergencies outside the municipality as part of the Oxford County Mutual Aid Association.

The Department is comprised of a career Chief and two Assistant Chiefs (Fire Prevention & Training; Fire Communications, Administration and Public Education) with 28 on-call volunteer firefighters. In addition, a team of professional fire communicators provides dispatch services to municipalities across Ontario.

Public Relations

Tillsonburg Fire & Rescue Services offers a number of public education services ranging from on-site tours and school visits, to educational talks and participation in public events.
