Impact of COVID-19 

The provincial “emergency brake” came into effect Saturday, April 3, 2021, at 12:01 a.m.

The Province of Ontario intends to keep these restrictions in place for at least four weeks. Accordingly, all in-person programming is cancelled until further notice.

An effective low impact workout program using the water's resistance to challenge all levels of fitness. Class is suitable for swimmers and non-swimmers.

Exercise in deep water provides virtually zero impact on your bones and joints because of the body's immersion in water. Belts or noodles are provided to keep you afloat during your workout.

Come join us in our liquid gym! The Tidal Wave is a stationary bike that sits on the bottom of the pool and uses the properties of the water to give you a calorie-burning, full-body spin experience.

Aqua Fit - Baby & Me

Parents/caregivers are welcome to join us in any shallow water Aqua Fit class. Flotation seats are provided for children (6 months to 3 years) so that a parent can participate and have the child within arms' reach. Babies must be able to sit upright on their own. This is a great way to get fit, have fun and enjoy time with your child.
