Group Fitness

Designed for any level of fitness. The class includes fun and energizing low impact aerobics and muscular conditioning exercises, and ends with a relaxing stretch. Passes are available for purchase and they do not expire.

30 Minute Blast Class

Designed to fit into any schedule and provide you with an effective fitness class in just 30 minutes. Each Blast Class targets specific muscle groups for the most time-efficient workout possible.

Yoga

This class uses a variety of yoga poses, stretches and movements, combined with breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce muscle tension and stress. Passes are available for purchase and they do not expire.

Virtual Programs

Periodically, we offer some of your favourite fitness classes online, live via Zoom! Virtual classes are perfect for the times when you can’t make it to class, or just want to enjoy a workout in the comfort of your own home.
