CS 22-01 Committee Appointment
Council appointed Dane Willson as an Economic Development Advisory Committee representative on the Affordable and Attainable Housing Advisory Committee.


EDM 22-01 Request for Proposal for Real Estate Services
Council received the Economic Development report EDM 22-01 Request for Proposal for Real Estate Services and authorized to release a Request for Proposal for Real Estate Services.


FIN 22-01 Interim Tax Levy By-Law
Council received Finance report FIN 22-01 Interim Tax Levy By-Law and passed By-Law 2022-002 to provide for an Interim Tax Levy for the year 2022.


FIN 22-02 2022 Borrowing By-law
Council received Finance report FIN 22-02 2022 Borrowing By-law and passed By-Law 2022-003 to authorize the borrowing of money during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022


OPD 22-01 TGO New In-Town Bus Route
Council authorized the T:GO In-Town bus to operate the new In-Town bus route to add a stop in the north section of Town, run from 5:55am to 5:55pm, Monday to Friday, and to improve access for Glendale High School, operate the Red Line from 7:55AM to 1:55PM and 3:55PM to 5:55PM and the Blue Line from 5:55AM to 7:55AM and 1:55PM to 3:55PM, and that the cost to provide this service be paid through the Transit Services operating budget.

Safety and Vandalism Concerns at the Outdoor Rink
Council considered a motion regarding safety and vandalism concerns at the outdoor ice rink and directed staff to bring back a report at the next meeting that provides immediate options to alleviate these concerns.
