COVID-19 Update

A province-wide Stay-at-Home order remains in effect. You are not allowed to gather indoors with anyone you do not live with, except one other person from outside of the household who lives alone and caregivers.

Outdoor gatherings are permitted up to five people. Physical distancing of 2 metres must be maintained with people outside your household, with limited exceptions for caregivers.

Disc Golf

The disc golf course at Coronation Park is open.


Parks and Trails

Parks and trails are open for walking/running, however picnic tables, pavilions and outdoor exercise equipment cannot be used.



Playgrounds are open for children. Please maintain a 2 metre distance from anyone who doesn’t live with you.



Operating with capacity limits. Riders using Blue Line stops 20B, 21B, 22B and 23B should be at the bus stop 5-7min ahead of published stop time due to the closure of Vienna Road.


Tillsonburg Regional Airport

The terminal building, cafe and Flight School are currently closed to the public.

Flags Lowered

Flags at Town of Tillsonburg facilities have been lowered to half-mast in recognition of the 215 children discovered in a mass grave at the former Kamloops Indian Residential School. The flags will remain lowered for 9 days (215 hours).

“Our hearts are with the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc First Nation, and all Indigenous Peoples in Canada at this sad time,” says Mayor Stephen Molnar. “We remember too, the survivors who continue to be impacted by their experiences in residential schools.” 


Vienna Road Rehabilitation

Please be advised that the rehabilitation of Vienna Road (from Highway 3 to Simcoe Street) has begun and is expected to last until  July 30.

Project work includes a full-depth road surface rehabilitation with new sidewalk from Highway 3 to Old Vienna Road, and curb repairs along with catch basin and manhole cover adjustments/replacement.

Vienna Road is currently closed from Highway 3 to Lincoln Street, and a detour is in place.

T:GO bus service in the area (Blue Line Stops 20B, 21B, 22B and 23B) are affected. Check www.tillsonburg.ca/tgo for details.

Respect for the Cemetery

The Tillsonburg Cemetery is a place of remembrance where generations of neighbours, friends and family members are laid to rest.

Please be advised that the cemetery is not a public park and should not be used for dog walking purposes at any time.

Only leashed dogs and pets, involved in the interment service or subsequent visitations, will be permitted on the cemetery lands by permission of the Cemetery Supervisor or designate. All other dogs and pets are not permitted in the cemetery boundaries.
