You can speak to a Customer Service Representative by calling (519) 842-9200 or you can complete our "on-line" form by clicking on the Comment & Suggestion Form link below. You can report neighbourhood problems, get information about Town services, register complaints, make inquiries or even pay us a compliment. When you report a problem, we notify the appropriate department to provide assistance. Then we keep track of your request until you get the service you need.
