Tillsonburg offers a wide variety of development opportunities ranging from greenfield to industrial redevelopment sites.  The Town currently has one industrial park, the Van Normal Industrial Park, with a number of sites still available and is working on the development of a new industrial park directly on Highway 3.  

 

The Economic Development Department also maintains an inventory of available greenfield industrial sites and available buildings for sale or lease. The properties shown are fully serviced or capable of being serviced with municipal services except where noted. Some of the green field sites have rail service available.
